I LOVE this as an addition to the plate! It will last in the fridge for 3 days and it is a banging side to any meal!
This can be gluten free depending on your soy sauce.
Ingredients:
- 1 x cucumber
- 1 x tsp sesame oil
- 1 x tsp sesame seeds
- 3 x tsp soya sauce
- 1 x tsp chilli flakes
- Sea salt
- 2 x tsp ginger puree
- 2 x cloves garlic crushed.
Slice your cucumber really thin.
Mix together in a tub, pop a lid on and in the words of Taylor Swift- SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE!
