How I make a nice and juicy roast chicken!

 

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Chop
2 x onions
2 x carrots
1 x whole garlic
4 x sticks celery

Place on the base of a tray and pour in a…
Pint of water

Add rosemary, sea salt and black pepper and spray with some oil.

Roast for 40 minutes per KG plus 10.
So a 2kg chicken should take you 90 minutes.

Rest before carving and enjoy!!!
