Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius
4 x carrots
2 x parsnips
30 ml olive oil
2 x tsp mustard seeds
4 x cloves garlic
Bake for 20 minutes. Turn and bake for 10 more.
100g thick Greek yogurt
Juice and zest of one lemon
1 x tsp cumin seeds
