Potato Gratin

900g potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
300ml milk
150ml light cream
8 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
A little grated nutmeg
Fresh rosemary
100g cheddar cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Bake with tin foil on top for 40 minutes and then for the final 10 minutes add your cheese with no foil on top!

Oven should be 180 degrees Celsius
