This marinade is so easy and ideally if you can have it marinating for at least 4 hours, and up to 24 hours but if you are under time pressure you can just marinade and cook asap!
Score your chicken breast as this will help the cooking of the chicken and will make it cook faster and more evenly!
This is ideal for wraps, batch cooking or just chopping up on top of a Caesar salad!

- 4 x chicken breasts
- Juice of one lime
- 2 x tsp of chilli flakes
- 1 x tsp dried parsley
- 2 x tsp paprika
- 30 ml soya sauce- please use gluten free if needed
- 1 x tsp olive oil
- 2 x tsp ginger puree
- Salt and pepper
Coat evenly and cook in your air fryer for 20 minutes at 190 degrees celsius.
If you are using the oven; place on a tray and preheat your oven. I would cook for 25 minutes and always check the thickest part of the chicken. If you are using a thermometer, you would be looking for 75 degrees +
