Homemade Hummus

• 1 tin chickpeas (drained & rinsed)
• 4 ice cubes (for extra creaminess)
• 2 garlic cloves
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 2 tsp tahini
• 30 ml olive oil
• Fresh coriander (for garnish)
• A dusting of paprika

Instructions:
1. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, and ice cubes.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed.
3. Scoop into a serving bowl, garnish with fresh coriander and a sprinkle of paprika.
