Boil for 10 minutes and simmer for 2 hours.
Pop it into your preheated oven for 1 hour.
AFter 1 hour, remove from the oven and add your cloves, mustard, and brown sugar, and roast at 180 degrees with the glaze dor 30 minutes uncovered.
Leave it stand for 10 minutes, carve, and enjoy!
