Ingredients:
250g of ginger nut biscuits or digestives (I will use ginger)
100g butter melted
Zest of one orange
Method:
Crush your biscuits as much as you can with a rolling pin or a nutribullet.
Mix with your butter
Place in the bottom of your glasses or bowl- you can also use a 9inch tin if you prefer ( See Christmas Tips)
Cheesecake mix
450g cream cheese
100g icing sugar
200ml double cream
100g strawberries
Teeny tiny drop@of red food colouring
12g sachet of Dr.Oetker gelatine diluted in a drop of water
Method:
1. In a bowl whip your cream to soft peaks
2. In a separate bowl beat your cream cheese until softened. Beat in your icing sugar and strawberries
3. Fold your cream into the cream cheese mixture, gelatine
4. Scoop on top of your biscuit mix and leave to set for minimum 5 hours- preferably overnight in the fridge
