Caesar Salad

This is a banging salad and it is perfect on its own or as part of a big bowl in the centre of the table with some steak, roast chicken or a delicious BBQ setting.

Serves 2

295 calories per portion
Ingredients:
 1 x head of romaine or cos lettuce
 1 x red onion diced small
 75g lighter than light mayonnaise
 75g Greek yogurt
 Juice of one lemon
 Sea salt & black pepper
 2 x tsp Worchester sauce
 20g grated parmesan cheese
 Chopped parsley
 50g smoked bacon lardons
 1 x bagel
 2 x cloves garlic
 1 x tsp olive oil

 

To make this, add your yogurt, garlic cloves, mayo, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper, Worchester sauce and stir well.


Add your bacon to a cold pan with no oil and render down.


Create your croutons by bread, salt, garlic and oil. I popped mine in the air fryer for 6 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
