High-Protein Breakfast Cheesecake

Ingredients
• 2 Weetabix
• 100 ml light milk
• 200 g natural yogurt (high protein, if preferred)
• 100 g frozen berries
• A drizzle of raspberry syrup
• A sprinkle of cinnamon powder
• 20g white chocolate

Method
1. Prepare the base
• Crush the Weetabix in a bowl and mix with light milk until combined.
• Press the mixture into the bottom of your container to create the base.
2. Make the filling
• Mix the frozen berries with the natural yogurt. Spoon this on top of the Weetabix base, spreading evenly.
3. Add the finishing touches
• Drizzle with raspberry syrup.
• Sprinkle cinnamon powder and white chocolate
4. Chill overnight
• Cover the container and leave in the fridge overnight.
• Enjoy it the next morning straight from the fridge or take it on the go!
